We will start most of our days with Stillness, Reflection, and Movement. (This includes breathwork, meditation, gratitude practice, and sharing)
We will have workshops for deepening your MVP (Mission, Vision, and Principles). We will also do a WIm Hof Method Workshop.
Trek through the Andes to Machu Picchu
